Wow! The cruise of a lifetime and Julie and Kent made it possible. From helping us figure out where we wanted to go to finding the perfect ship and suite and excursions for us--their attention to detail is amazing. Norway and Iceland were like a dream an adventure and an outdoor school and cultural experience combined. Our megaship was fun, quirky and the service exceptional. We never could have done this ourselves when we see the options and consequences of choices and had no idea how to get the best price--it makes my head swim thinking about it. Economy wasn't our overriding concern, but that didn't matter to Cruise Planners as they got us the best prices, freebies, upgrades and hotels for before and after our cruise. For the last few years, we have been stressing on planning our vacation and feeling lost in selecting a destination that promises a good time. Kent and Julie were extremely helpful in planning our honeymoon. With COVID causing travel restrictions, we actually needed help chosing where we would go. Kent and Julie helped us plan an amazing trip, we went to an island in Mexico we had never even heard of and now it is our new favorite place on earth! The beach was gorgeous and remote. Every step of the travel was taken care of from airport pick ups, to car rides, to ferry rides. We never had to worry that we weren't fluent in Spanish and they were available if needed every step of the way. When the air line cancelled our last flight due to a staffing shortage, Julie helped us find a hotel and get us going with our travel insurance claim. Our trip to London and Scotland was fantastic. This was my first trip overseas {my wife's second}. Julie and Kent did a fantastic job getting us through the Covid protocols. The Clermont Hotel in London and the Carlton George Hotel in Glasgow were great and I would recommend them. The transportation by private car was spot on and very welcome considering I had no idea where we were going. We especially enjoyed the whiskey tour and the walking history tour in Scotland. From the very beginning, Kent provided numerous locations and resorts based on our interests and provided helpful information regarding all of them. Once we decided on Jamaica, their communication up until the day of was great. Kent and Cruise Planners have been great to work with. We started working with Kent in January to plan a honeymoon. Kent was quick to give us options (we could not decide between Italy and Greece). Once we picked Greece, he customized the trip with our feedback. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the wedding and cancel the honeymoon, because of the coronavirus pandemic. Kent immediately contacted the trip insurance company, TripMate, and ensure our claim would be handled properly. While it took a few weeks to process the claim, because of the volume of claims, TripMate gave us a full refund without hassle. The pandemic certainly impacted small businesses and made it a scary situation for all. Kent’s commitment to quality and customer service during these trying times says a lot about his integrity. Once the situation clears up, we will work with Kent to plan a proper honeymoon.

We had an amazing trip to Aruba thanks to Cruise Planners-Kent Lawrence. We were looking for something nice, yet affordable that was different than where we’ve gone in the past. Kent was very helpful including an unforeseen (mechanical) airline issue. He stepped in from a far to help get us to our destination without missing a beat. The RIU Palace all inclusive was great. My son recommended I contact Kent and give him my wish list for our 25th wedding anniversary trip to Las Vegas. I had never used a travel agent, but decided to give it a try since I was really busy and short on time. I will never take a trip again without letting Kent take care of all the details! I met Kent through BNI. I desperately needed a vacation. I explained to Kent what I was looking for and before I knew it Kent had everything planned out. The vacation was awesome. My husband and I put our Christmas getaway in Kent's highly capable hands and the result was an incredible vacation. Every detail was arranged and double checked. His knowledge of the area put us at ease and allowed him to recommend some activities that really suited our interests. The whole experience of working with him took away all the normal hassles of international travel. The only downside was having to leave the warm ocean breezes of the Mayan Riviera and return to our snowy mountain top. We will most certainly use Kent's services again and will continue to recommend him to our friends! I forgot to mention in my previous testimonial!! The night before the ship left, we realized one of our guests didn't have his passport (Men, I tell ya!) I was able to reach Kent later in the evening, on a holiday, no less, so he could look into what we needed to do. Kent was calm & reassured us that we just needed certain documents & he'd do whatever he could to make sure our group member got on the cruise. Kent was a pleasure to work with while he planned our cruise. He was conscious & respectful of our budget & stayed on top of making sure everything was taken care of. I have a very busy schedule, and there's no way I could have shopped the packages & booked the cruise without him. He also informed us of how to make things affordable on the ship, including his insight into the drink packages & did a lot of research for us so that we had the most enjoyable time. We got to relax, enjoy the beach, and all around, we had a great time with our friends, old & new! I'd recommend Kent to my friends, family, and clients!
